About me
Hi, my name is Alex Webb. I am a 21 year old Photographer, and Student at the University of Alberta
About one year ago I took up photography after stepping back from competitive cycling. I began bringing my camera on adventures throughout the Bow Valley region of the Canadian Rockies. Focusing on capturing the amazing people, and places, while trekking through the mountains. Hiking, Backpacking, and Ski Touring have now become the most common activities accompanied by my camera.
I have a strong passion in the area of sustainability and ecological preservation. A passion that I have now integrated into my schooling and soon hope to unite with my passion for photography and love of being outdoors.

The mission
The goal is to use this platform to create and support projects that contribute to ecological sustainability. Targets 13, 14 and 15 outlined in the United Nations 17 Sustainable Development Goals being a good basis of where I want to contribute.
In the short term I hope to parter with non-profit organizations that are positively impacting different areas in the sustainability landscape. Using my photography as a means of helping grow awareness and funds to these important causes.
For now I am working on creating different products that can be sold, using the profit to directly support a selected organization. If you have any ideas or things you would like to see, please feel free to send me a message!
